The brief
Noor owns four restored riads across Marrakech and Essaouira. OTAs were eating 20% margins and flattening a very particular guest experience into a generic listing.
What we did
We rebuilt the brand from the type system up, commissioned new photography, and shipped a multilingual (EN/FR/AR) direct-booking site with a custom reservation flow integrated with Cloudbeds.
The outcome
Direct bookings now account for 42% of room nights (up from 14%) and average stay length increased by 0.8 nights in the first six months.
